“In a word, this training is transformative. You will learn so much about yoga and about yourself. Lana Reed leads the training with her vast experience and her generous and beautiful heart. She is extremely supportive but also encourages trainees to take the lead in designing and leading sequences and developing a vision for their yoga business. She helps students to find their own voices as a yoga teachers. Every minute of training is well-planned and engaging. A very unique aspect of this particular YTT is the host of guest teachers that Lana brings in. Though Lana has expertise in her own rite, she feels strongly that her trainees hear from a variety of experts to further solidify their teaching foundation. Thanks to Lana, I feel extremely prepared to start my career as a yoga teacher. If you are thinking about doing the training, do it. It will be the best gift you have given yourself.” - Paula Dolloff
